The challenge

The institution used separate spreadsheets and disconnected tools for admissions, fee collection, attendance and exam results. Office staff re-entered the same data many times, parents had to visit or call for updates, and management had no single view of the institution.

Our solution

We built a complete, cloud-based ERP with a portal for every type of user:

• Admissions: online enquiry and application forms, document upload, merit lists and enrolment.
• Fees: fee structures, concessions, online payments, automatic receipts and due reminders.
• Academics: classes, sections, subjects, timetables and teacher allocation.
• Attendance: daily and period-wise attendance from the mobile app, with SMS/app alerts to parents for absences.
• Exams and results: marks entry, grading rules, report cards and transcripts.
• Communication: circulars, homework, events and notices to parents and students.
• Also included: library, transport, hostel, HR and payroll modules.
• Management dashboard: admissions, fee collection, attendance and results at a glance.

Technology: Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Flutter mobile app, payment-gateway and SMS integration.
